Once your order has dispatched, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. The courier will then contact you for delivery.
Our delivery partners should contact you within 2-5 working days of your order being dispatched. If it's been more than 5 days, please contact us and our customer service team will look into it for you.
We will work hard with our manufacturers to reduce delivery times and avoid delays, which we let you know about as soon as we know ourselves. If you've been waiting longer than you should have, and you haven't heard from us, please contact us.
You can return your item to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us and we will assist you with your return. For more information on our returns policy see here.
NOTE: You will need to disassemble your product and repackage it in order for our delivery partners to collect
